We offer the following family immigration services:

Family Petition

Making a family request for your close relatives or partner can be intimidating. USCIS applications are detailed documents that go through meticulous review processes by immigration officials – and the petition itself is only one part of the entire process. A small error in any instance of the journey can cause major delays. If your application is already compromised for any reason, it could cause a rejection. Having professional assistance from an experienced family immigration attorney is imperative when petitioning for your loved ones.

Adjustment of Status and Consular Processing

When you apply for permanent residency, the process you go through depends on where you live. Individuals already living in the United States will be required to adjust status, while those living abroad will have to complete consular processing. Family immigration attorney Dahlia Castillo will help you and your family with your application for U.S. residency no matter where you are located.

Waivers of Inadmissibility

The Law Office of Dahlia Castillo provides legal representation for individuals who have been declared inadmissible to the United States in the past. Our legal team will carefully review your case and determine the best strategy to move forward with your case and obtain a pardon. Let us guide you through the legal immigration system.
